The rooms were neat with a/c, the staff were excellent and affable.

Didn't like the area, it was not great.

We were travelling to Surat Thani for one night. The room was great quality and large with a/c, the bed was very comfy.

New-fashioned and high quality rooms had a refrigerator, air conditioner, and a work desk.

Our twin room was cheap with a comfortable bed. The hotel was in a decent location close to the night market and transfer services, markets and boat shuttle and the bus terminal and the meeting point for the transfer to the pier.

Nicely decorated and functional rooms with a/c as well as a comfy bed. Great and absolutely perfect location - very close to Market. Set close to Suratthani's night market, the river and the bus stop, and bus station in the good area.

Beds were not so comfortable.

The hotel had the best possible and extremely quiet location so close to Market. There where a mall and a small shopping mall around the property.

Really enjoyed an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a writing desk in the room. The staff were amiable, excellent and helped me with free parking. This was a particularly good location next to the bus station and the minibuses to the islands and Khao Sok national park, night market, local bar and massag and the center of things.

Everything was brand-new, had a NICE stay for a night. Its location relatively near Bandon was particularly good. There were an electronic key card, multi-channel television and a writing desk in the room, really enjoyed that.

The location was magnificent for traveling around Surat Thani, not far from the bus terminal, busstation and nightmarket and halal food market. The family room was modern and top-class, with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV. The place had a family atmosphere.

The hotel is centrally located, close to the bus station and in a good downtown area. It's right in the town center and in the heart of the business district, yet still fairly quiet. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff provides great service and is helpful with arranging transportation. there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including a night market.

The beds, like in many budget Thai accommodations, are quite hard.

No real issues, everything was satisfactory.

Modern place, modern and good quality room. Lots of food available in the restaurant. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator. Location just next door to the airport and the night market and a lively new promenade with people exercising on free gym-equipment and a daily dance practice attended by a large group of locals-all in all a good atmosphere, worth a stroll.
